Vidya-Kélie
The artist
A transmedia artist at the heart of creation.
A graduate of the Beaux-Arts, Vidya-Kélie is recognised for her work at the intersection of art, science and technology.
Her work enjoys international recognition, including exhibitions in 2026 at the Institut Français in Alexandria and at Galerie Lebenson in London. She was also distinguished at ISEA 2023 and for the OPLINE PRIZE 2022, nominated by ORLAN.
Drawing and computer code nourish her work. Her interactive pieces turn into poetry the connections that human beings have with their bodies and their environment.
The work
Every moment tells a story,
every story reveals its constellation.
Burning Blue brings astronomical data and artistic creation into dialogue, continuing the tradition of the great celestial cartographies.
Working from scientific data, Vidya-Kélie's protocol turns each chosen moment into a singular abstract composition.
The protocol rests on an algorithm developed and patented by Vidya-Kélie, and draws on astronomical data from major international scientific programmes, notably those of NASA and the European Space Agency.
Given a date, a place and a time, the artist reveals the exact zenith asterism of that moment and produces an exclusive work that turns this fragment of sky into a memorial sculpture.
By choosing the moment at the origin of the work, the collector writes their own story directly into the creative process and becomes part of the artistic project.
Every moment in the history of the sky is singular, and celestial configurations very rarely repeat themselves exactly.

The configurations that mark time take shape at every instant, reminding us that we spin at more than 1,670 km/h at the equator, that we travel more than 30 km/s around the Sun, while the Sun itself races at about 220 km/s through the Milky Way, and that our starry landscape, like a giant clock, lets us find our bearings in space and time.
“The first thesis of the postcontemporary is that time is changing. We do not merely live in a new time or an accelerated time; time itself, the direction of time, has changed.”

Burning Blue Studio
Burning Blue Studio publishes the works according to the artist Vidya-Kélie's protocol and oversees their design, production and execution.
Burning Blue works take many forms and scales, from wearable pieces to sculptures and bespoke installations.
Every project, whether a bespoke installation, a limited edition, a specific collaboration or a unique piece, is developed with the artist to her exacting standards, so that the final work conveys as faithfully as possible what it is meant to embody.
Materials are chosen for their quality, their geological and symbolic resonance, and their ability to express the intention behind each work.
Each work combines artisanal craftsmanship, rigorous precision and innovation.
Bespoke
The piece unfolds like a great instrument, revealing echoes. It brings to light the subtle bonds between human beings and the sky.
Like words sent into space, these whispers become messages carried by light, at once intimate and universal. In the spirit of Carl Sagan, for whom we are made of “star-stuff”, the work reminds us that our relationship with the cosmos is also a material one, written into our very composition.

Collect
Created from a chosen moment, each Burning Blue work is an original piece, documented and certified, designed, depending on its form, to be displayed, worn, kept and, where appropriate, passed on.
Each work comes with a certificate of authenticity and a digital NFT certificate, documenting its origin, its traceability and, where appropriate, its successive transfers.
For a company, acquiring a Burning Blue work makes it possible to inscribe a founding moment, a symbolic date or a milestone in a work that becomes a vehicle for memory, legacy and communication, connected to the company, its history and its values.
Acquiring a work can form part of an asset strategy and, in France, may benefit from specific tax provisions as well as financing solutions.
